Using Napeet

Customers agree to provide accurate booking information and arrive for confirmed appointments. Providers agree to keep service, price, and availability details accurate.

Bookings and payments

Booking confirmation, cancellation, refunds, and payment rules should be shown clearly in the app before customers complete a booking.

Reviews and conduct

Reviews should reflect real experiences. Napeet may moderate abusive, misleading, or harmful content to protect customers and providers.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate contact information, select the correct service, arrive on time, respect provider policies, and avoid fake bookings or abusive behavior.

Provider responsibilities

Providers and shops should keep availability, service details, pricing, location, and employee information accurate. They should honor confirmed bookings or update customers quickly when changes are required.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation windows, refund rules, provider cancellation rights, and no-show handling should be displayed clearly in the app before booking confirmation.

Marketplace role

Napeet connects customers with barbers and shops. Actual services are delivered by providers or shop teams, so marketplace rules should clarify how support, disputes, refunds, and service complaints are handled.

Account suspension

Napeet may restrict accounts that misuse the platform, submit false information, harass users, manipulate reviews, create repeated no-shows, or violate provider and customer safety rules.

Updates to terms

Terms may change as the product grows. Users should be notified when major policy, payment, cancellation, or provider rule changes affect their use of the platform.
